We’re moving the site to a better, faster server.   So it’s likely that http://socialadr.com will be offline for at least a few hours.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  We’ll post an update when it’s complete.

We’ve been having hardware issues with our front-end server.

You may have noticed the site unreachable or slow loading during the last day or so.   Also, the sharing queue is pretty backed up, so Free users may notice it taking much longer to process their shares than normal.

We’re working hard to fix it ASAP.   Sorry for the inconvenience!

As an advisory, the following PayPal system upgrade event is planned:

On July 18, 2013, from approximately 11:00 p.m. PDT to 2:30 a.m. PDT on July 19, 2013, there will be intermittent outages with expected payment impact.  There also may be an increased number of “10001 – Internal Error” and/or “520002 – Internal Error” responses for API calls, and PayPal users may experience “Sorry – your last action could not be completed” errors when accessing the PayPal website or during the checkout flow.  Please reference this blog for specific details of the maintenance and potential impacts.

For real time system updates, please go to http://www.paypal.com/sitestatus.

For SocialAdr customers, it’s possible you won’t be able to subscribe to accounts or purchase credits during this time.  Sorry for the inconvenience!

Our Twitter integration just stopped working today, apparently due to an update to their API.

Not to worry though, we’re working hard to update our code so it’ll be up and running again shortly!

We just need to reboot one of our servers, information pills in order to apply a security patch.   It should take less than 10 minutes!
